If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales (at) udderlyhotmama.com. No exceptions. All Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
All merchandise must be unworn and unmarked with original ticketing and tags attached to receive a refund, excluding original shipping charges (if you paid for shipping). The refund will be issued within 45 business days. Returns will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction or to Paypal.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If you are making an exchange, we'll ship the new item to you free of charge one time (in the U.S.A only). We will require shipping be paid by the customer for a second shipment and on.
How to return/exchange your order:
Please include original packaging and any documentation included in the package. We do not accept returns for soiled, damaged, altered or washed merchandise. We are also not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
Since we order limited quantities of each item, we cannot guarantee that an exchange is possible. But we will happily work with you to ensure your satisfaction. We guarantee the quality of our clothing by a thorough inspection completed before shipping your order.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Please return the items via the shipping method of your choice and hold on to your receipt and tracking number for reference. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us. If the order is returned past 14 days of receiving the shipment or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the charge for the item and its shipping applied to your credit card.
All garments sold at a discounted/sale price are considered clearance and are Final Sale. They cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday merchandise.
